My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The location was stunning, right on the cliff side with a fantastic view of the caldera and close to some great restaurants. The rooms were cozy with beautiful views overlooking the downside of the hill, and the European coastal style made the atmosphere very charming. The customer service was exceptional; the staff members were always polite and went above and beyond to assist us with different services. However, the dining experience could have been better due to some chipped plates. Overall, a great value for the experience!
